A Day of Contemplative Practice...

Silent contemplative practice is a common ground shared by various faith traditions. Sufism, Christianity, Judaism, and Buddhism each have their characteristic approaches to the contemplative experience. More and more people are coming to understand that meditation, centering prayer, and silent remembrance are practices that open up a shared spiritual experience beyond beliefs and theologies.
